Umelo Onyejiaka

Founder

Umelo Onyejiaka, a Cloud Strategist and innovator, founded DevOps Detroit with a clear vision: to build a community grounded in quality, results oriented networking, and real opportunities for professionals in tech space.

He saw the need for a space where engineers and technologists could go beyond surface level meetups, focusing instead on meaningful connections, shared knowledge, and collaboration that drives tangible results.

DevOps Detroit was born out of that desire to connect people, create opportunities, and strengthen Detroit's growing tech ecosystem.
